Yes to arbitration. No to waiver of jury trials,unless the counterparty is in 
the Rio Grande Valley or some other bad venue.

What is the current scorecard on thee matters....Last time I heard it was yes 
on arbitration and no on waivers of jury trials..Is that still the paradigm?
